Telemedicine
Can't make it into our hospital with your pet for an examination in person? Try telemedicine. This is an online interview with a veterinarian from the comfort of your own home. Of course, this online veterinary service is not a 100% substitute for examining an animal in the surgery and the veterinary specialist may determine that a visit in person is necessary.
How can I arrange a telemedicine consultation?
- Simply suggest a video consultation date that works best for you and agree with reception a date and time. You can pay by card.
- We will send you a link via email which you will then use to contact the doctor at the arranged time. Make sure you have a working camera, a microphone and a fast enough internet connection.
- Our reception will contact you in advance to register your pet.
- If your pet is recommended by, or has already been treated by another doctor, send us a scan of their medical records to info@kovalik.sk.
